I love chinese, but don't get to eat it very often. No one else in my family eats it. Next would be good ole steak and potato. To me nothing beats a good steak cooked to perfection.

My absolute favorite meal would be lobster. Yea, don't get that very often when it's a $35 meal at most places. My tastes vary quite a lot so I can't really pinpoint my favorite meal beyond the lobster.

can't pinpoint a favorite meal, just depends on which way the wind blows. (probably why I'm not very successful in the weight loss area)

You don't want to know mine right now. ;) Overall though I've got to agree with rosebud...a good ole steak cooked to perfection. I also love fresh crab caught off the Pacific NW coast....mmm.

Wait, now. If you're talking crab, it's gotta be Maryland Blue Crab. My bil used to go crabbing and he'd always bring me a bushel steamed to perfection. I'd sit at the picnic table all afternoon and enjoy them. My, how I miss living in MD/PA. The seafood up there is the absolute best. You can't get good seafood here in FL.

I don't know about that. ;) Come to OR and I guarantee I'll make you a believer in Dungeness crab. They're sweet and yummy!

Trust me, that's the only way I got to eat them. I certainly couldn't afford to buy them like that back then and I know they're even more expensive now. Unfortunately, he doesn't crab or fish anymore. Actually, he doesn't do anything anymore except drink. I pray for him everyday.

I guess that would be me! My favorite right now would be chicken salad. I am really avoiding the pastas like the plague! I can add hard boiled eggs, celery, onions, relish, etc to my chicken salad. It makes me feel like I am eating something sinful, I guess.
I would love to eat the crab meat, but I am allergic to shellfish. I even have an allergy to catfish and bass. Go figure on that one! I miss out on all the catfish fries around here!

We have a Middle Eastern deli that makes the most delicious chicken salad. They add celery, walnuts and the biggest golden sultanas to it. Yum!

My favorite meal is crab cakes. Mmmm!
