Just got a brand new design, hot off the drawing board, from Joey (the genius behind Dolly Mama's). It's one that has not been seen anywhere else (although I'm sure it will given some time) and is so cool I don't dare even mention what it is because you might start stalking our studio. :D As soon as the digitizing is done and the reality of it comes a little closer, I'll post a picture of it. In the meantime, get ready for the start of something fabulous!!!

Ok, if you knew me well, you'd know that I don't do well with surprises...because I always try to figure them out! So, in my attempt to figure out Jami's secret, I went to the Dolly Mama's web site. Okay, so I'd never make it as a private detective because I didn't find anything suspicious, but I did see two really cute Dolly Mama's that I haven't seen yet on Embroidables. One design I have the cocktail napkins for and didn't realize it was a Dolly Mama design - it says "Laugh till you tinkle in your panties", which I find hilarious and would love to stitch on a cute bag. And the other one, which I have never seen is a Dolly sitting in a lounge chair and it says "Domestically Challenged", which my husband would just find hysterical. So, Jami and David, if in the future you want to add more to the Dolly Mama's, my vote is for those two - they are so cute! And sorry I have nothing to report...Jami is a good secret keeper...and I'm not a very good detective. :) :) :)

I have a feeling this will not be more Dolly Mama's. I think this is going to be an entirely new line of designs. Maybe it will be Dolly babies or something. LOL Yep! That's my guess. A new line of babies with cutsie sayings similar to Dolly Mama's. :D I wonder if we get a prize if we guess right!

You are wonderful to do all that work on the design and then to give the proceeds to breast cancer research! You really are just awesome!

My MIL was diagnosed last May and had to get a mastectomy(single) within about 2 weeks of getting that diagnosis because hers grew that quickly from a tiny lump to that the size of an egg! ACK. As with so many others, the chemo and radiation kicked her butt and then about 4 months ago she found another lump on the opposite side. She's been getting tests done and very soon will be having a 2nd mastectomy surgery.

Because of my family's history in losing my Mom to colon cancer when my first son/ her first grandchild was only 2 months old and now my Father only about 3 yrs ago from prostate cancer it really hits home. I have such a hard time being positive for my husband because of me watching both my parents lose their fight against their own cancer, but I am really trying.

Enough about me ~ Jami ~ you silly girl ~ how can we be disappointed in this "game" not being what our guesses were; especially with some of them being so funny. Haven't you figured out yet that you have your own little cult forming and we all drool in anticipation of ANYTHING you do? She's AWESOME!

I've been involved with a small group of moms on line since March 2004- we all had duedates in November 2004 and we still post in our group on a different message board. One of the moms was diagnosed with breast cancer in '06. She completed her treatments, and had a clean follow-up at her 6month check. Then earlier this year at her one-year check they found a recurrance. She's just had her breast reconstruction after a radical mastectomy.

She'll definitely be getting something with this on it.
