I don't have to go into details but they have the BEST DESIGNS, BEST customer Service!

I have been a customer from 2004 and have a nice collection of their designs.
I will continue to add to my collection!

I haven't bought anything yet as I'm saving up to buy some designs but it's good to know that you are happy with the designs and the customer service. I can't wait to get my designs!!

That is so great to hear!! I am working on saving up for the candy cane font...I am going to go crazy this Christmas!! and I know I will have a million and one questions...I have purchased from other sites and they are impossible to get help from..so thanks for running a great site :)

I have purchased a couple of designs and I will say also that the services has been wonderful and expedious...Don't have to wait, then send an email asking where the designs are...

I have sewn with designs from other sites but none stitch out as nice as the designs from Jami. And if there is a problem they will assist you and even call you back if needed. Great support.

I have bought and sewn out designs from many sites, and all I can say is you will be thrilled with the Embroidables quality. Both the designs themselves and digitizing are wonderful.

I have to chime in on this one, too!:) It has been a wonderful experience on this website. I love the designs and the quality is out of this world. Customer service does make one want to come back again and again! Thanks for always getting back to me soon.

I love all the design sets that your website has to offer. I have purchased many and check fro free designs on a regular basis. Is ther any way to consolidate all the free designs into one location?

I would also second the request for fonts or some cute phrases. I have limited fonts on my machine and would love to able to purchase some whimical sets to go with the designs.

and is it possible to getHello Kitty pics here?

Another thing is i cant seem to see any $0.00 designs.

Last is I like the design of the forum.

I know David or Jami will come in and answer some of these questions when they can. I just wanted to say that for some reason some posts get stuck in the approval area while others don't. David may be able to shed some light on that as to any reasons for that happening.

Usually most members don't realize their posts are stuck that way because I usually check that area quite often and just like the last two you just posted, I had them approved almost immediately so you probably don't know they got stuck at all. ;) I'm not here all the time though so sometimes they might be there a little longer. I don't think that will happen all the time though.

The free designs you will find by going to each design page and then look for those that have $0.00 for a price.
There is one here if you take a look (http://www.embroidables.com/store.php?page=product&collection=104). You have to actually click each design set to see all designs that come with each set.

:D Yep, it's being checked now though to see why it's happening. This one came through just fine though and I didn't have to approve so maybe we're ok now.

You're very lucky I was able to catch some to approve so quickly yesterday because we were having severe thunderstorms and tornado warnings most of the afternoon and evening. :D
