View Full Version : Variegated Alphabet...hint,hint Jami
Okay, I really like the new Dance and Jazz designs, but especially the coloring on the letters. How about an alphabet set using that varied coloring technique? I could and would use that a lot!!
Please.............., pretty please.

I know, I know. Renae' has a ton of cool fonts we need to do. I had a post the other day asking for opinions on fonts, but it got lost before I could hit the submit button. I'll redo it and post it in a bit. Off to dinner.

Maybe you can pick which fonts you would like to do and let us vote on our favorites Jami. :D

Cool fonts are soooo much fun to do your own thing with. You could even do a whole product line....in your spare time.

This made me laugh. Jami? Spare time? I can't imagine her having spare time with those little ones running around, a husband she cooks for, all her digitizing she gets one, researching things for the new baby and the quilt she's hoping to get done for her AND let's remember she's pregnant in the middle of summer when it's very hot. I am willing to bet if she does have spare time, she spends that napping trying to find more energy to chase the little ones around. LOL

Your comment made ME laugh, Vicki, and if David read it, I'm sure he laughed even harder. When he married me (a Home Ec major) he thought he was getting someone who would cook him nice dinners. Little did he know my speciality is in clothing and textiles, not food! He actually cooks most of the dinners and is very good at it. :) I am truly blessed and don't have much to complain about.
I'm working on two new sets, ladies. A Christmas one from Renae Lindgren and some more Animals from Dollymamas. Hope to have some sneak peeks ready for you soon!!

The RL variegated letters are a great look. I would also love to see an alphabet like the San Lori logo, including little swirls like she has on it.
Jami, since my husband retired last year, he has taken over the cooking, and he's a better cook than me, so it works out great. I just do the dishes, and we are both happy.

I would really like to see a gymnastics embroidery also - in your spare time (LOL) You know you only have spare time, right?

:D So Jami? Since he does the cooking, does this mean David will be taking over the bottle duty too? :p

I also like the idea earlier on that someone wrote about having us vote on which Alphabets we would like to see next. I love the color variegation in the RL designs.

Jami, How do you do it all? How long does it take to get the design and then turn them into embroidery? You really do a great job with the designs. Thanks and keep them coming.

I haven't ever seen candy cane colors for varigated thread. Where can it be found, I'll have to find some. Most of my varigated thread is mixed with three or more colors.
