Creative Machine Embroidery ad question

Hi there! I was browsing blanksbyrequest.com (http://blanksbyrequest.com/shop/) and they said they have an ad on page 21 of the July/August issue of Creative Machine Embroidery.

I don't have this issue, and am wondering if the discount is big enough to warrant hunting down the magazine. Can anyone shed some light on this for me? Thanks!!
