the mooncakes are what chinese eat during mooncake festival. Very yummy. I tried doing yam mooncake too and its my favourite! but of course, all of them (including those biscuits/cakes etc) are all tasty and unhealthy!!! hehehe

i tried one of her recipe on the mooncake skin (chocolate) and also the steamed cake and its very nice! its because of the material used, its very different from western cakes.
