I'm always looking for something good to watch, when I need to relax & take a break. Sometimes I get frustrated with something I'm working on and I have to come back to it later. I have DVR so I watch it when I want, but latley I don't know what I want to record.
List your favorite TV shows here!

I never watch any local TV. I have a tendency to find something and just leave it on that channel all day! TV is more for background noise than anything else. That said I do like the CSI and medical shows. I like several of those already listed but I never can remember when they come on. I still watch M*A*S*H* reruns!

I also like Criminal Minds and NCIS, I'll have to check out some of these other shows. I like to have something to watch when I need to take a break & get my mind off of things, especially after I make an embroidery mistake. Sometimes taking a break and coming back to it later makes all the difference in the world!:D

Watch TV? I have no time for that. I feel out out of the loop sometimes when friends talk about thier TV shows they watch. Kinda makes me jealous, cause they know how to sit back and enjoy some down time.

OMG I thought I was the only freak who did that! My husband comes in the sewing room all the time and asks me how I can be watching a movie while I am working on stuff
I keep several movies in my sewing room like Sleepy Hollow, From Hell, Bram Stoker's Dracula, Night Watch, Reservoir Dogs, and Trainspotting. Plus occasionally old episodes of Dark Shadows that I get through Netflix. This ain't your granny's sewing room..heh heh

Jen---if you came into my sewing you, you would be likely to find me watching either Stargate or Stargate Atlantis. I'm a bit of a sci fi freak and I own every season of both shows....:o

Now I am am big fan of the original movie (it gets played in the sewing room everyonce in a while too) but I am not that familiar with the series. I do like my sci-fi on occasion, but the cats like to watch vampire movies more (seriously my one cat is facinated by Interview with a Vampire whenever it is on the television, I think she has a crush on blonde Tom Cruise) so I have to keep them happy too.

Jen - if you love the movie, then you would love both of the series. I have watched all 10 seasons of Stargate at least 3 times and all 3 seasons of Stargate Atlantis at least 2 times. :p
I love having them on, because at this point I don't really need to pay attention to them since I know what's going on. I especially like to play them when I'm working on a project that requires a lot of concentration. That way I'm not trying to focus on the show and end up messing up on the job I'm working on. :ridinghorse:

These are set on my DVR
CSI
Gray's
Dirty sexy money
survivor man
reading rainbow
little einsteins
curious george
boston leagal
desperate housewives
brothers and sisters
and....lost whenever it returns!!
I love House and any law-related show/movie except no one else will watch them with me because I always yell when they do something not allowed. It just drives me NUTS when I see something you can't do -- like talk to a judge on your case without the other attorney being there.... or going in a house without probable cause.... or doing a search for an item that is not in plain sight, etc.

I don't have time to watch TV except for my HGTV shows. I TVO them and cut the commercials so they ar only 15 minutes long, and I can watch more in half the time.

I am still in my first year of the embroidery world but the first thing that had to go for me was Television. If I am not sewing I am researching what to do next. I have crossed over into a new world.
