Does she like to cook with Mommy? Maybe make her a very girlie apron with her name on it.
Maybe you could embroider her name on some ribbons for her hair and make her a hair bow holder for all her hair stuff.

that is a super idea, I bought my grandgirl one of those play trunks with the high heels, boa, crowns, etc. in it. She loved it. It also came with it own storage trunk. I bougt if from a catalog( Lillian Vernon)I don't know if they are on line. The price was great. When my middle child was six she loved to play dress up. My mom and I made her several fun outfits. We made a cheerleading outfit, a ballet outfit, a prairie dress with bonnet outfit, you get the idea. My grandgirl skill plays with the cheerleading outfit. What great memories this brings back.

Thanks all for the ideas. Maybe I will add a chef jacket and hat to her outfits, she loves Emeril. I hadn't thought about a cheerleader outfit, maybe one of those too. I still have my daughters cheerleader stuff, maybe I will go thru it and see if there is anything in there she wants to let go.

Since she has all those dressup clothes maybe you can make her new ones and matching ones for Barbie dolls.

I don't know if you have come up with anything yet, but, I make the grandgirls clothes and for Christmas of birthday's I make their baby dolls clothes out of the scraps of material I have left from their outfits. If I have embroidered something on the girls then I try to embroider something like it on theirs. They are really into American Girl Dolls or (the fake American Girl Dolls). You can find all kinds of baby doll clothes patterns from Simplicity and McCalls. They love anything to play house with, such as blankets, covers for their doll beds, doll clothes bags.
Also, mine love playing restaurant. They have a tablet and "take orders" so you could make restaurant attire. Another thing they like doing is Playing school or Store. (Cashier clothes, etc.)
Hope this give some ideas. I'm just going by what mine like to do.

Don't forget Fabric or Ribbon embroidered headbands if she has long enough hair. You could make Holiday themed hair items or other items for the Barbie, American Girl dolls, or Build-A-Bear animals. Anything to do with dress-up is going to be a winner. My daughter is going to be 6 soon and everyone in her class (even the boys) loves to dress up.
Good luck!

Bingo ------ I went to Wal-Mart last night and found a mother-daughter pattern by McCall's #MP288 Three different styles for both mom and daughter in one envelope. They are really cute. I am thinking about making the 3 daughters and and their daughters matching ones for Christmas. (Don't know how in the world I am going to get all these ideas done in time. (LOL) Oh well - Miracles DO happen at Christmas!!!!!:trytofly:

Lisaa,
You mentioning "personalized t's" made me think of one I did for my 3 year old grandaughter last night (for Christmas). I don't know if you are familiar with the comp. or sale brochure of "Chasing Fireflys"? It is a very expensive clothing line for kids. I for some reason get the flyer, and I have never ordered from them, but from other companies. They have adorable but outrageously priced things for kids. One little shirt for girls, is pink, long sleeved, and has their age on the front in silver, I don't remember if it was sequins or what, but it was cute and over priced. I embroidered a silver #3 on the front of a pretty pink stretch shirt for Willa last night and it turned out very nice. It is fun to come up with our own versions of ideas we see in magazines, isn't it. The ages for the tops in the brochure go up to 10 years old. Sometimes I cut out things I especially like out of sale brochures and store them away.

Elaine - I do the very same thing. I also get this catalog "Chasing Fireflys" I think someone sent my name in because I have never ordered anything from them, but I know someone who has. They do have some darling thing in there but like you said toooooo high for my purse!!! I don't remember if it was in the last one I received but there was a cape for a boy and a cape for a girl. The boy's was blue and the girl's was red (I think) They looked kindof like Superman Capes. I think they were made out of some sort of satin type material. I made some of these for the grandchildren - ages 2-5. The capes have the first initial of their name appliqued on the back. The kids loved them. This would be a cute idea for gifts. I cut out pictures from other magazines and keep them in a picture album/folders to do when I get the time or just for ideas.

Elaine, I get that catalog, too, and drool over everything in it!! A customer asked me to make her "5" shirts for her boys like she saw in the catalog. My daughter is actually turning 3 next week and never occurred to me to make one for her. Thanks for the idea!! I bought some silver metallic thread last week and this will be a great use for it!!

A babydoll with diaper bag filled with real diapers and an outfit for girl and baby that match. My mother and I made them one year for all the neighbor girls and they loved them!
