Any suggestions for Halloween costumes for my husband and me? We have been Dolly and Hank JR., Dorothy and The Tin Man, robots, Flintstones, etc. I am out of ideas.

How about John McCain and Sarah Palin??
Or, if you're Democrat...Barak Obama and Hillary Clinton

I would love to be Palin (I think I had that hair style in the 70's) but my husband wouldn't want to be a 72 year old man.
Good suggestion though.
Thanks

Bonnie and Clyde -- Policeman and his prisoner -- Doctor and Nurse -- Fred and Ginger -- Lucy and Desi -- Sony and Cher
Those are the only ones I can think of right now

Speaking of Sony and Cher........some friends of ours dressed up one year like them except he was Cher and she was Sony. It was soooo funny.

I have to figure out costumes for myself and my husband as well. This summer, on a whim, I bought myself a black pettiskirt with pink fluff at the bottom and I really want to incorporate that into my costume somehow. (the only excuse I'll have all year to wear it, lol!) I'm thinking we can be "Scary and Fairy". I bought him some skeleton pajamas last year to match our son so he can wear those along with a mask and I can wear my pettiskirt along with fairy wings. I'm open to other ideas, though!

Too bad you didn't pick up two of those pettiskirts Lisa. You could have both dressed the same and one could have been the good fairy and him the bad fairy. :D

That is hilarious, Vicki! I actually DO have another pettiskirt that I've been meaning to sell. I wonder if DH would be opposed to wearing a pink and purple skirt... :p

I would worry about him if he goes along with the skirt thing. HAHAHAHA

Don't worry, Donna, there is no way he'll do it!

Did you ask him Lisa? LOL My husband would in a second 'cause he's a goofball.

Vicki, mine doesn't even want to go to a Halloween party because he'll have to dress up. I told him I wanted to be a Pink Lady and he could be a greaser, wearing a white t-shirt with a fake pack of cigarettes rolled up in the sleeve and he even refused to do that! Party Pooper!!
