Hi,

I love the candy cane striped alphabet! I'm not sure how to use it? Does each letter have to be stitched separately and re-hooped? I am very bad at lining things up.

I have bought other alphabets from other sites and each letter has it's own file .. I have no clue how to use it that way. I think I can create a new file and paste each letter then align them with the grid marks ... but I can only fit 3 letters. :( My largest hoop is 5x7.

Please help because I REALLY want this set!!! :D Also, any tips on re-hooping alignment would be great too!

Do you have editing software? In Embird you can open one letter and then merge the rest. It has alignment tools that help get them straight and evenly spaced.

I have a babylock embroidery machine with Palette software. I don't think it merges files.

You can download a 30 day free trial of Embird if you are interested in seeing if that will help.

jennzbunch~ I just used the first letter in the Christmas font and then used a font I had on my machine. That way it is not as large, maybe that will work for you.

I did mine like Debi, just using the Candy cane font as the first letter and then use another fun kind of font for the rest of the name. I think this font will be a staple in my Christmas embroidery year after year!

I too love the Christmas Candy Cane Font. Just scared to do some of your family names with it. Not sure that there is a towel big enought to hold some of our names.
