Its so soothing!
Although yesterday it wasnt, had an order, stitched it out with TERRIBLE disgusting results. Like ewwwww lol. Stitched it out on a cotton not a knit, same results, different thread and it was a bit better. But figured the font was better for larger items not phrases. Now its restitching in another brand of thread(the other kept breaking) and a new font and it looks fantabulous if I do say so myself.

But now, sitting here listening to it stitching away, the little bird in it chirping lol, no beeps of thread breaks, its so soothing. And mesmerizing. I love embroidery!

Hello Emma,
My 8 year old Bernina is in the shop, I miss it terribly, whether I am using it or not, it sort of makes me nervous not having it here! I have been having trouble with part of its stitching, it sounds so crazy, my problem. It sews beautiful satin stitching no matter what, and fill stitches in designs IF they are back and forth, straight across, BUT when it stitches fill stitches DIAGONALLY, either left or right diagonally, it isn't catching the bottom thread good, and looks terrible. (I am using the snowman patterns from Keri Schneider and part of the design is stitched straight across and part of it is diagonal.) I sure hope I get my machine back this week, and I also feel silly thinking: I hope when he fixes that problem that he doesn't mess anything else up on it! Isn't that ridiculous!? Parinoia! When it isn't broke, DON"T fix it! It is wonderful that you are enjoying the embroidery so much. As I have said before, after stitching out some designs you just want to look and look at it, you are so amazed!
