Yes, toilet paper cover. I make using felt 18"x4.5". Use velcro to secure back. Slip into celo bag and tie with craft ribbon. They make great gag gifts, secret pal, teachers,etc. Plus they are fun to make. I love the Dolly Mama's designs. Some are to tall and I can't reduce them. The signs won't reduce. maybe she will make them smaller. especially the multi -tasking one. It would be perfect.
