What an awesome thing - you get $25.00 credit toward the best designs ever! I use the Dolly Mama's ALL the time and get the most compliments when I do. Everything on this site stiches out so well, without problem. I'm not sure about everyone else, but I find difficulty with several designs purchased through other sites. Thanks Embroidables!!! ;)

I never have a problem with the downloads....just wish they would offer a cd hard copy incase my computer dies!!

If your computer ever crashes, you can always come back and redownload all of your previous purchases. All you have to do is log in and then click on the "Download Center" link.

That's an excellent feature, plus you could always copy the files to CD once you have downloaded them and you will always have a hard copy.

I love the fact that you can re-download the designs once you've purchased them in case your computer crashes or you get a new one. Definately a sign of superb customer service!

It´s easy to save the designs!!!This year I had a problem in my computer and it was divide in two parts C/: and E/:, now if my computer crashes I can format only the C/: and my files stay save in E/:. And of course I have them on a cd.

Jami - Thanks for this info. My laptop crashed on Tuesday night and I lost everything. I had most of my designs backed up except for the most recent ones that I had acquired Hubby had to buy me a new hard drive and install it, now he's having problems getting it going. Thank goodness I still have the desktop:D

Why don't you back up your designs on to cd's just in case :)

I know...I could do that. Just need to find some time to organize all of my images.
I know a couple of ladies that have bought external hard drives to hold files. Guess its faster for pulling up images and it doesn't slow down your computer.

Being able to re-download your purchased designs is super. You never know what might happen to them and it is just a small insurance that gives peace of mind. Thanks for that also!!!
