Download to a Mac

I am trying to open my downloaded file on my Mac and have not had any success, does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Some of our mac customers are able to download the files just fine while others seem to have some trouble. If any of you have a mac and have trouble downloading just send us a quick email, let us know and we'll be happy to send you the files as an email attachment.
