Technicalities of the DDD???

LOVE the DDD and thank you for it....brilliant idea!

my very very favorite is when there is an entire set offered for the deal of the day!

but here is what i am wondering:

at what point in the sale process is the sale price that you clicked on "locked in"? (i know it keeps going down on the website, that's not what i am talking about)

is it when we click it, or when the DDD shows up in your cart successfully? OR when we have completed the last step of the whole check out process?

in other words, once the design is in our cart, can the price go up, or is it ours at that price as long as we continue on with the sale? i'm afraid i am going to have a heart attack sometimes trying to buy it fast and i need to know when i can shift gears into cruising speed to complete the sale.

even though my interenet service and computer are very speedy, sometimes the first time the page with the first price is so jammed up that i don't even get an "add to cart" button to click until the green is halfway gone, that makes me VERY nervous!:eek:

i get so nervous sometimes i can't even use my mouse! or i forget to put the exp date, or click the submit button too soon.

it's lots of fun either way... a rush better than ebay... it's my new "caffeine":coffee: :trytofly: ...thanks for the DDD!

We're glad that you are enjoying the daily deal. The price of the daily deal gets locked in when you add it to your cart. Once it's in there, it's in there, and the price won't change on it.

Awesome! I have wondered the same thing-I have rushed so fast I have put in the wrong numbers on my card and had to do it over! Yes! Heart attack! So glad to hear that if I have to redo something on the purchase process, I will not lose the "price".

thank you david, i figured it was that way, thanks for aleviating that concern,

so now, the biggest concern is the jam-up at the beginning when the "add to cart" button takes so long and makes me worry about missing the first price break. gotta have something to worry about though, or it wouldn't be as exciting. adrenaline junkie here!

I also like the DDD, but very much preferred when you announced the beginning sale price in the daily email announcing the design that would be on sale. Why did you change, and would you consider returning that feature?

I too liked the preview of the price. Then I could determine if I had enough in my budget to get on-line at night to purchase it.

Thanks for giving us such great deals all the time! I for one NEED a deal! :)
