I posted some pictures last night of my granddaughter in her minnie mouse outfit and some of the quilts I made my GS....and now I can't find them...Where would they be and can I do a search...Or did they get deleted because they weren't designs from Embroidables site...if that's the case, no problem..I didn't know the rules about posting photos...

If anyone has seen them wondering around please let me know...

You can click on your username and then click on "find all posts by member" (or something like that) to give you a list of posts you've done. You should be able to find it in that list. If you can't then send a PM to Jami and ask her if she did delete it for any reason.

I did the search and can't find them...They must have been deleted...That's ok cause like I said I didn't know the rule for posting photos...How do I pm Jami to ask for sure...just PM here or is there a special place to send message to her

I'm sorry about the confusion. You are correct, the thread was removed because the designs weren't from Embroidables. We did it in such a way as to make sure posts made to that thread and others like it, still counted towards each person's total post count.

If this is true I hate to hear it. I'd also like to know if there are some rules posted somewhere?

So we can't showcase our work unless it incorporates a design from embroidables? I think you may need to remove one of my posts then...

I'm hoping we're misunderstanding something! If this is the new rule I'll be showing very little of my work here. I love the designs here but don't do kids stuff at all. I use the Embroidables very little in comparison to all the other digitizers designs that I also love. Guess I'll be showing my stuff elsewhere.

I hope it is a misunderstanding too:(

I do a lot of work, but most of it is designs that I have digitized myself, or ideas that I have had.

I do use embroidables, and LOVE them, but I won't have a lot to show if we can only showcase the embroidables designs:(.

It looks like we aren't misunderstanding the rule. I certainly understand wanting to showcase the designs for sale on the site, but I have to say that I got alot of ideas for projects from looking at the pictures that were posted and have now been removed.

The design that was used in the project did not matter to me, it was the project itself (like the embroidered TP) that got my creative juices flowing.

I can understand both sides to this rule but many of us now have been given an awesome gift from Jami of $25 credit. What better way to thank her than to use her designs to make something awesome for someone as a Christmas gift and post pics of that? Quite a few of us have gotten that credit from her and those that haven't yet, can still do it once they reach the 100 posts if they are in the number of those she's giving that credit to.

There are many designs here that aren't just for kids Deedles(Sorry don't see your real name). She got quite a few designs that aren't for kids as a matter of fact. The designs under Ranae's are great. One of my favorites is Ranae's Christmas1. Those are awesome and nothing for kids at all.

So was this rule posted somewhere so that we know for sure what we are and aren't allowed to post?

As of right now Jami has that posted at the top of the Projects area. You can find that here (http://www.embroidables.com/forums/showthread.php?t=279)
