Need some help, please. I've looked and can't seem to find what I need. I am looking for the special two-layer paper to print my own car window decals. You know, the ones that have a basketball or soccer ball or cheerleader and then say the child's name or jersey number on them. I want to make some to help with my nephew's soccer team fundraiser and also want to do something for my niece. She's a math geek and a music nut, so I thought something like a music note and her name. I think they are the same as many cars have showing the family members in stick figures. It's easy to find sports decals, but I can't find something for her. Suggestions for the paper? Where to find it? Order it? I don't want the water-slide stuff. The decal I bought for basketball was on two layers of paper -- one was clear and one held the white outline of the vinyl decal and it was $5 for a 3-inch sticker/decal. You remove the clear layer and the vinyl ball shape is exposed. You stick the vinyl shape on the car window and remove the paper backer and the outline of the ball stays on the car window. (Somewhat like contact paper...) Can this be done at home? Thanks for any help, guidance, suggestions, etc.

I know if help can be found, someone on this site will know the answer!!!

It seems to me although I had some trouble following exactly what you are looking for, that it almost sounds like that could be made by anyone with those new Cricut machines. I could be wrong but it sounds like what you might want to check out. I know the Cricut can create the lettering and any shape you want and then you just peel that paper off the top of it and press/smooth over top the transfer paper to make it reverse so that you can then put it onto anything you want such as card stock. glass, or wood etc.
