New Projects Added to Inspirations

Wow some really neat ideas, Makes me want to run out and purchase some blanks to do some work. To bad I live in the middle of nowhere.

Thanks, I’m glad that you liked the projects. A lot of the projects that you see on the inspirations page were made using blanks from a couple of online companies, allaboutblanks.com and charlescraft.com. They are both really good companies to work with and they will both ship directly to your doorstep.

Nice way to use the "addiction" to embroidery designs. I love collecting designs because, unlike fabric, they're so easy to store! Thanks for the great ideas....

Until your external hard drive with all your designs crashes. I found that out a few months ago when I lost tons of my designs and 6 months worth of pictures of my kiddos. I try not to even think of which designs I had stored on there. Makes me cringe when I do (not to mention the pictures of the kiddos.) :(

I made the Naughty and Nice towels after seeing them in Inspirations. In fact, it was the reason I had to have the Candy Cane font. Keep the inspirations coming...!!

Calling your projects Inspirations is "Inspired Thinking" it sure got me inspired to go to the sewing room!

I have been thinking about the Candy Cane font also, just because I want those Naughty and Nice pillowcases too. This addiction is expensive, but at least we get something from it, satisfaction and nice pillowcases.

still cannot get avitar pictures to work

I saw avatar listed in the message board options, but have no idea what it is...anyone well versed that can shed a little light?

You can actually use any picture that you want. Just attach it. You will see the "edit avatar" option under My Account. Check the "custom avatar" box then add your picture's location.

I agree with everyone that the Inspirations Page is a big help. I'm a fairly creative person, but I work a whole lot better if I see something that gets my creative juices going. I usually don't get out to work until after 9:00 at night, so my brain is too tired to come up with things on it's own. :)
