hi
im new to the forum. im having some issues with my new laptop and downloading my monogram wizard plus to it. my activation code keeps saying invalid code. i had it on my other computer and it worked just fine. i even went to needleheads and downloaded the patch to correct the prob.
anyone else having or have had the same prob? i need help ha ha:confused:

Yes I did when I got a new computer... you will have to call them and get a new code.... I remember being on the phone a couple times with them but finally got it! Hope this helps!

Same here; when I got a new computer I called Needleheads and they gave me a new code and stayed on the phone with me to make sure it worked!

Thank you for the info. I have emailed them back and forth and they keep
saying to download the undated patch and use
the activation code. Still not working!!!! I keep
getting a error code. I'm waiting to hear bak
from them. If not I guess I'll have to call them.

I tired the internet download also, with no luck. I had to call and talk to them to get the problem corrected. They were very nice and helpful. Just give them a call on Monday. I think you can only contact them MOnday-Friday until 5:00p.m. I emailed them and it didn't help, you need human contact. Hope you get it fixed, I couldn't run my business without the wizard

I had some troubles downloading when I got my new computer but they were very patient at needleheads and I got through it.

I was having issues with installing my Monogram Wizard Plus onto my new computer so I bought a second one--second Monogram Wizard program, that is. I am having issues with it, too! I tried to DL the update online, but it does not seem to help at all. I have looked all over the website for Needleheads.com, but I can't find a phone number to call for tech support. Does ANYONE have a phone number for them? I am desperate to get the program working so I can get busy on Christmas gifts!

You can get the number to contact Needleheads from their website. Needleheads.com, click on the heading "Contact Us". Phone, fax, and address is all there. Good luck, I hope you resolve your problems!

I too had problems when I got a new computer and I called them and they walked me through it while I was on the phone with them... hope you get it resolved fast!

I was looking on the Needleheads website and I did not see any telephone number listed. So I took out my MW packaging to find it; it is 770-270-2218. I think they are only open Monday - Friday :) Good luck!

Definitely give Needleheads a call to walk you through the problem. You may even get Chris who is the man who invented the program.
