I'm not one to toot my own horn, but since David does the majority of our customer service around here I think this is well deserved! Last year we were honored with the 2009 BizRate Platinum Award (http://www.bizrate.com/boutique/2010circleofexcellence.html)and we just found out we got it again for 2010! Wahoo!!

Way to go, David...you're awesome at keeping us all happy!! But, most of all, thanks to all of you for taking to time to fill out the little survey at the end of your purchases so we know how we are doing. We couldn't have done it without YOU!!

Thanks, ladies. I know those surverys aren't the funnest things to fill out (as I've done so for other companies), but they sure do let us know how we're doing. Funny thing is though as I was looking at our scores, we scored low on shipping charges. Strange...downloads are free and if by chance you do want your designs on a cd or floppy disk, we always ship those free. I guess some people must not like free things...go figure. ;) We'll strive for better service in that area this coming year...hehe!
