Did everyone disappear?

I have noticed things slowing down a little! Is evryone busy with holiday shopping and embroidery?
Everyone needs to make a goal of maybe one post a day to keep these boards going!

I was just thinking that I hadn't been on here for awhile. :eek: What with the holidays coming up, trying to get a few projects done and starting a new job, I just haven't been around much.:( And on top of that my embroidery machine quit working the other day.:argh: For some reason it keeps blowing a fuse.:questionmark: I haven't even told hubby yet. He's been too busy, also. He just replaced it last month. I may have to take it into the shop and have it looled at:bawling: . I promise I'll try to post at least once a day.:elefant:

It seems like the holidays are getting into my personal time...Just not enough time to work at my job..embroider..shop for the holidays..and just taking care of 2 sweet little girls..I will try at least 1 post a day ...Has everyone got their shopping done?

I'm hoping things are slow because people are just really busy this time of the year. Hopefully it will pick up in January again. I see this same slow down on a lot of the message boards I'm on this time of the year though so it's fairly common.

I've been so busy with Christmas, you know... decorating, shopping, wrapping, cooking..... I haven't had alot of time to play on the computer.

I wish Christmas was all I was busy with besides teaching school, our niece is in CCU and very critical. She is my husband's sister's oldest daughter. It's a long story, but had a minor surgery, took pneumonia, and then her lung collapsed. Has lots of infection. It's just bad, and his sister is not in good health either.

I'm staying busy trying to get customer window treatment and bedding projects done. So much so, that I haven't gotten much sleep in the past few days.

I would much rather be hanging out here trying to get my 100 posts. :)

It doesn't help that I just took orders for 13 more Christmas stockings!!

We are around, right now I have to sneak a post here and there. I was on vacation when I joined. Now its back to work for me. When I get home there is not much time, and I do have to sew sometime :)

another board I am on that is non sewing related moves sooo fast,, you miss one day and geez you miss a LOT, LOL. I am sometimes glad for slow moving board days
