I got to thinking that we are all probably on several other forums and already know each other...

What name do you go by on the other forums?

I am ajsmom on MEH and Sewforum. I always try to keep the same name, just so I can remember it myself.

I am only on Sewforum..and I go by the same name...It's too hard to remember different names especially when you have Fibro..Seems like you can't remember you own name at given times...Sew it's best I stick with the same one...

I am currently not on any other forums regularly. I have visited a quilting one but never really have gotten to know anyone there. I also go on the eBay community groups and we had a local embroidery group there for a couple of years but as activity and topics were getting to commercial and less help and sharing i decided to close it. It started out with lots of people sharing tips and such but as ebay changed rules and more and more people visited just to post pictures of items for sale it became hard to find the good information. So I am looking forward to this being a usefull and sharing site .

I got it from one of our scuba diving buddies. We've known him for over 10 years and he's always called me Deedles. Since my nickname, Dee, is always already taken I started using it on the sewing boards. It seemed to fit...Dee / Needles!!!

Yep, that works :) My Deedle is actually Deeds now. We will have her down to Dee before she is grown, lol. She was named after my grandmother, and everybody always called her Dee.

Dramaw;) Hey! I have Fibro also. Lately I've been feeling like I am getting Alzheimers. I'm serious, it's getting really bad not remembering stuff. And the aching in my joints gets unbearable sometimes. Back to the Q I'm not on any other forums. To be honest I am just sort of figuring them out here. Is there a trick to remembering (AHH the Fibro lerks!) where we posted, so we can go to see if someone replied? Somewhere to go to see how many posts we have, if we are close to the 100 mark? Thanks I tend to be a blah blah blaher too, sorry. (tee hee)
