I just had to say how well this design stiched out EVEN on thermal, I cant wait to have my DGD try it on!! The design is from Bryce and madeline ... a perfect stitch out!!!

B Joy..... I used a water soulable on top, as I wasnt sure if the stitching would sink into the waffle type knit, do you think I could have went with out?..

Obviously I'm not BJoy, but I would have used the WSS myself because of the weave and stretch in that type fabric so it didn't sink in.

Likewise here. I'd use a water soluble on top, and a medium weight cut-away on the bottom. I don't hoop any fabric (most of what I do is too small to do so), so I'd hoop the cut-away, spray adhesive on the cut-away, position the garment, pin garment to cut-away, pin solvy to fabric.

Again, a cute, cute design. I hadn't seen it before- I need that one for DD!! :p

Adorable and I too would have definitely used the solvy on top as you did. That helps the foot to run smoothly over the weave of your fabric. I will keep that design in mind, I too have a bunch of "sillies".
