Just finished Jacket

Okay it's almost finished - I haven't decided whether I want buttons or some other type of closure but other then that it is done and oh so warm and comfy.

Amazing! Is the body of the coat ultrasuede? Looks so toasty warm and snuggly, and the embroidery is so striking.

Wow that is beautiful. I would skip the buttons unless they are covered and match the fabric exactly...otherwise it would detract from the design. Would it be feesible to have them button on the inside???

I think I'd use a frog closure on the coat myself or even covered buttons with the same fabric.

Thank you all so much for the compliments and suggestions! I'm starting to lean more towards a frog type of closure - although I think I may make my own to fit in more with the embroidery. So many options... :D
The fabric is a type of Sherpa suede.
