These are done on those towels from the DollarSpot in Target. I changed the colors up a little, because of the pink stripe on the towel. I thought you all would appreciate the verse on the towel.

Love them. I picked those up in Targe'. We call it that here in SC. I put them back. I think I am going to have to go get them. That looks GREAT!!!

My mil calls it that, too. Now I have found out so nonchalantly from my mil that there were some chocolate/blue dishtowels, also. I was wondering why she didn't call me! I would have loved getting my hands on those. I got the last three sets at my Targe'. They must really be popular.

I am going this afternoon when I leave work. You are right about the quality. That is why I sat them back down the other night. Some were better than others but the above was just so cute. I need a good bunco gift for this month and thought that would be cute.

Alligator... I was getting looks but there was a Target Gal there restocking other $$ stuff and told her that one was defective. She took it off the shelf.
I just took the whole pile and just went through them and stacked them NICLY (better than what they were) even color coded them pink on one side brown on the other. She said thanks but you did not have to do that!

I catch myself doing that, too! I pull stuff forward when there is an empty space and I straighten the magazines. I sometimes stop and look around to see people staring at me. :o

I was just at my Target on Monday and did not see them in the dollar section. I guess it is 'back to Target' for me.

love the design!
does the waffle weave cause any trouble with your needle while stitching?

I love the towel. Great job!
I don't normally shop at Target, but for those cute towels I might have to stop in.

I thought I was the only one that straightened things at the store...been doing it since I was little. Maybe it's a creative thing.

My husband wants to know how we..."you stitchy people"...get any stitching done since it seems we do so much typing on the 'puter. LOL

Shucks, our Target is out of all of them. Keep us posted if you see any other likely candidates for embroidery. Hmmm. That makes me wonder if we could start a thread for "HEADS UP! Good stuff to embroider upon." I think it would be well visited, do you?:)

Silly man....doesn't he realize that we multi-task. Tell him about all the exercise we get by going back and forth between the embroidery machine and the computer. :p

It's kind of like that commercial where that woman throws flour on her face in the kitchen to make it look like she has been slaving over the stove all day! My dh hears the machine up here stitching, but probably doesn't realize how much I am on the computer. Most of my computer time is spent on here or looking for ideas or things to buy for embroidery!

I think that is a great idea! Back in the day when I used to coupon and be on a coupon board, there was a place to post great deals we had found online and bricks and mortar. That could definitely cut down on gas usage if we knew where to look for our deals before we left the house!

You all are too funny! I have a sewing room that you are welcome to come and straighten up for me!

Sew So Happy, the towel is wonderful! You really showcased the design, as you always do so well. I noticed that design when I went to look at the new set, but seeing it on your towel is even better!

Those are cute! Love the phrase - Now I have to go to Target too. I hope they have them out here.

I am also guilty when it comes to straightening up things in the store. I used to work retail in HS and now I find myself refolding shirts and sweaters.

LOL we're a strange bunch aren't we?
But on the other hand store managers would love to see a group of us coming...straightening everthing as we go. .
