Okay, the Kohls and Crate and Barrel outlet threads made me think of some of the places I have found some good deals. JCPenney.com has Wednesday deals every Wednesday. Some weeks are better than others. I have found sheets sets and towels on occasion. Their flannel sheet sets are awesome. I found some flannel pillowcases for embroidery dirt cheap this last fall. You just never know what you might find.

Excellent! 20 minutes to JCP (and Target is nearby :) ) so I'll have to plan a Wednesday jaunt. Thanks for the info!

No, no,no! Hold on!! It is online only! You can check their website before you go out, though:) Whew! I would have felt awful if you would have gone out to JCPenney's, only to get strange looks when you asked them about their Wed deals!

Not to worry! I LIKE that it's online - makes for easy scheduling, know what I mean?

If you haven't checked, Kohl's has some really great bargains in their clearance section online. I've gotten some great bargains there paying $5 for pants for hubby that were originally over $50. They have great bargains there in their homestore and kids ~ everywhere but you have to check often as they sell out quickly.

whoo...glad I read the whole thread...I was running off to jcpenny.

I did not think of looking on line for my embroidable stuff.

Wonder what LandEnd has going on for after the holiday sale.

Oh how I wish we had some of the stores that you have in the U.S.. We lost K-Mart and only have Wal-Mart now to shop at. No JCPenny, Target, etc.. Maybe one day we will get them but for now we must go to the States to shop at these stores. Enjoy as you are very lucky.
