Does anyone know how to make Lava Cake and is it difficult?

A lava cake is a little chocolate cake with a hot molten center that stays liquid after the cake is baked.

This isn't the one you are looking for but it's very good and has gooey liquidy chocolate over the cake when finished baking. VERY GOOD!
CHOCOLATE SYRUP CAKE

1 box white cake mix
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 cups oil
1 sm. can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
1 6-oz pkg. chocolate chips

Combine first 4 ingredients & 1 cup water in mixing bowl, beating until well mixed. Pour 2/3 of the batter into greased & floured bundt pan.

Add chocolate syrup to remaining batter, mixing well. Pour into cake pan, swirling with knife to marble. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until cake tests done.

I always buy the lava cakes from Market Day. My kids love them and they are quick and easy. They come frozen and then you microwave for 50 seconds. Last spring, I made lava cakes for my daughter's birthday. They turned out great...but the leftovers don't reheat and serve like the original. Once you reheat, it ends up being cooked more and you miss that lava quality.

Thanks for the recipe I will try it out. It seems straight forward enough.

My school also has "market day". I don't think it would be safe to have Lava Cakes in my freezer. Entirely to easy to access.

Maybe you've tried it already buy I have a Pampered Chef one. I'll dig it up if you want another one. This one you make 6 small cakes instead of one big one.
