Doggy Coats

If you are looking for an inexpensive way to make your puppy a coat, go to the thrift store and find a fleece shirt or jacket and cut it down to fit your puppy. I went into the childrens section and was able to find one that was close to our dogs size so it didn't take much to make it for him. I just used velcro for a closure so it is easy to take on and off.

Hey that's a good idea. Sometimes I use baby clothes too. The last trip away I went I embroidered the name of the place on it, or bust. It was cute and baby clothes can be cute on small dogs. Although my sis n law disagrees.

Oh I think that is cute. I have a little doxie and I love dressing her up. My husband tells me I am crazy I tell him it is just because the kids are grown and gone and she is my baby.

That's funny, I have a 2 lb. Chihuahua that I buy American Girl doll clothes for the same reason.
