My hubby had class last night and on his way home I asked if he was going to stop at home or not. Mostly I needed to know since I was working on something that needed to be hidden if he was. http://www.letsjusttalk.com/vb/images/smilies/heee.gif (I also can't show you since it wasn't an Embroidables design. Sorry.)

He said he didn't know. Pretty soon he comes in the back door about 4:45pm or so, flies through the house, drops off a Starbucks frappuccino to me, kisses me and says Happy Valentine's Day and then said he's got to fly since he wasn't going to make it to school in time if he didn't. Then before he got to class he called to remind me to be sure I ate something tonight. He does that sometimes because you see, I have a tendancy to not eat anything if he's not home. Yea, I know BAD. Finally about 8pm I decided I probably should eat something and I wandered into the kitchen where I quickly figured out why he was SO insistent that I be sure and eat something. LOOK what I found sitting in there waiting for me. http://www.letsjusttalk.com/vb/images/smilies/mushy.gif

A cute little bear was sitting there on my kitchen counter(ignore the crap also on the counter ~ I was too busy on my machine to clean :D) (and I blurred out what he wrote on my card)

This cute little guy but I blurred what he wrote on the card :D

I removed the card to read it but thought his sweater was cute. It's got gold sparkle threads running through it so it shimmers.

Then I wondered what was going on with that strap so I turned him around to find THIS!

Soooooooo pretty. Yea, I think I'm keeping him. I have a wonderful husband.

Boy, I bet you are glad he reminded you to eat. What a cute idea.
How did his gift turn out? ( I assume the project you were working on was for DH).

oh my! how wonderful! it is such a great idea to have the little backpack.. notice how much it is enhanced by the embroidery. :)

doesn't that make you feel good? glad you had a great day. there are happy people in the world.

maybe you have seen the mo vie "Shall We Dance" we just love it. in the end family and authentic love overcomes all. how incredibly rare. there is only one "four letter" word in the entire movie. and it is quick and pretty much the punch of the moment.

dance!

Thanks for all the comments everyone. I hope you all had a nice day youselves, or for artsiegirl when your weekend happens. Dawn how cool for you too. Jewelry is always nice although a box of candy makes me happy or even a card because I know it means he thought about me and cared enough to do something. Of course, I'm not going to lie - the jewlery is VERY nice. :D

Yes, he's a keeper. I knew that from the first minute we met in person. He said in all our emails before we met in person that he wanted to be my king forever and he gave me a huge hug and then knelt down and kissed my hand. He repeated that once more and it caught me by surprise the 2nd time and yes, it made my face turn red too. We had a great photographer because he didn't miss the shot either. See below ....... ok let me hear the collective awwwwwwwwwwwwwww roflmao

Oh don't you worry. I KNOW what a gem I found. He's ALL mine and he's not going anywhere if I have anything to say about it. He's totally spoiled.
