Target has striped beach towels on sale for $4 each
JoAnns has their microfiber totes on sale for $4 each. They now have polka dot totes that are very cute! In the sales flyer they have the polka dot totes in the picture, but usually those are $5.99 each. So, I don't know for sure if they are still going to be $4 also.
